Waivers are required to be filled out and submitted before participation. Please print out the wavier below and bring it with you when you check in on the first day of camp:
- U18 Wavier Form - To be completed for participants who are under the age of 18 and signed by a guardian
- Adult Wavier Form - To be completed by participants who are over the age of 18 at the time of the camp
